As a key member of our Marketing Team, your role will be to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions by executing innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels. You'll play a crucial role in helping Noloco grow its presence and reach new audiences through compelling content and campaigns.

We're looking to enhance our digital footprint by creating engaging advertising, content, optimizing our website for better SEO, leveraging social media, and using organic and paid channels to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our site.
Your Mission
Your primary mission will be to support and execute Noloco’s marketing initiatives across a variety of channels, from advertising campaign creation to website updates, email automation, and event support. You’ll report to our Head of Growth, and collaborate with our Head of Partnerships to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Success means achieving significant growth in website traffic while improving sign-up conversion rate, through targeted marketing campaigns, and enhancing overall brand visibility. This involves creating engaging campaigns and testing, adapting quickly to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Becoming the first official member of our Marketing Team.
- Create (audience, copy, etc ) and set up new Ads campaigns, search and/or display ads, across different networks (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and more)
- Building and optimizing landing pages on our website (to support Paid Advertising but also increase our visitors to sign up conversion rate)
- Assisting with the execution (writing, scheduling, uploading) of our blog content editorial and social calendars.
- Write and schedule marketing email campaigns.
- Assisting external consultants and agencies in implementing SEO strategies and other marketing initiatives.
- Supporting the organization and execution of live and online events (conferences, webinars, workshops, etc.).
- Helping us with any new type of marketing activity or channel we decide to experiment with
What Exactly You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)
- Create, upload, and publish blog content on Webflow, including writing (with external tools or agencies collaboration) on articles that engage and educate our audience and are optimized for SEO.
- Design and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn and Twitter to boost brand awareness and community engagement.
- Write compelling ad copy, design creative assets and launch Ads campaigns on all major channels.
- Perform routine website updates such as adding new content, updating existing pages, fixing broken links, and more.
- Draft and schedule our monthly newsletters and promotional emails using HubSpot and LinkedIn.
- Assist with logistical planning for webinars and live workshops (on a quarterly base).
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience on Search Paid Campaigns, nice to have on display too
- Proven experience with Webflow or similar website builders is required; nice to have Unbounce experience too.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, like email marketing (HubSpot) , image creation (Canva, Figma) , analytics (Google Analytics) and more.
- A fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to try new things.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment and potentially in a startup environment.
- Fluent, and very comfortable writing in English
- Not required but a plus: Experience in SaaS business is appreciated.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
What Does Success Look Like?
- 3 Months: You’ve successfully taken ownership of our social media calendar and blog content uploads.
- 6 Months: You’re running our Ad campaigns across different channels, with A/B testing and continued optimization.
- 12 Months: You’re contributing to our whole marketing strategy, helping drive measurable growth in brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, and suggesting ideas and experimenting.
Opportunities for Growth & Progression
As Noloco grows, the team will grow too, and this role could evolve into a Senior Digital Marketing position or similar, with opportunities to expand your ownership or become more focused on a specific area of the marketing landscape.

Where Will You Work?
You'll be based in Barcelona, where we work from our office twice a week (or more if you want). However, Noloco is a remote-first company, the current team is primarily based in Dublin 🇮🇪 & Barcelona 🇪🇸 so most work will happen over Slack, Zoom and in your case, Figma. We put a lot of effort into making our remote culture work well and meet up in person as a whole team at least once a year to ensure everyone knows everyone.
