You can connect to multiple different data sources from one app. If you want to have totally separate user experiences, data and content (for example, one app for suppliers and another for customers) and connect different domains, you will have to upgrade to the Pro or Team plan to have multiple apps.
What is an internal user?
An internal user is one of your team members that will have access to internal-only pages in your portal (e.g. a list of all your customers). If using our modules like billing, file-sharing and messaging, there are internal only views for these - naturally your team should see different views to external users.
What is an external user?
These are your users, clients or partners who you want to be able to log in to your app and see their data. You can have unlimited external users across all plans.
Can I connect a custom domain?
Yes! You can connect a custom domain on Pro & Team plans. For example, if you want your app to be accessible on app.yourdomain.com - that's possible. Noloco provides a fully white-labeled experience, so your users won't know that your app has been built with Noloco. Upload your logos, customize your branding and own the user experience.
Do you provide customer support?
Yes, of course! We offer support through our community on all plans. For email or chat support, you'll want to be on the Pro or Team plans respectively. We offer a free data consultation on the Team plan.
