What is an internal user?
An internal user is one of your teams or staffs that will have access to internal-only pages in your portal, such as all client invoices/subscriptions, all of your clients file-folders, the ability to message of your clients.
What is a client user?
Each client user account allows one of your clients to log in to your client portal and see their account content, e.g. their projects and invoices. You can have any number of client user accounts.
Can you group clients by company or brand?
Our account models are very flexible. By default we group your customers into "Companies" (you might call these accounts, brands, or even clients. But if that's not exactly how you work, anything else. You can even subdivide them into sub-groups if you need to.
Can I connect a custom domain?
