You'll be the face and voice of Noloco’s community, helping users get the most out of our platform through engaging content, discussions, and partnerships.

We already have an active community, but we want to increase engagement beyond feature requests and questions. We also have guides and help docs, but we need to expand into short-form educational video content and drive more conversations on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Your Mission

Your primary mission will be to engage, educate, and activate Noloco’s community. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Increasing community engagement in our forum
  • Creating engaging educational content to help users get the most out of Noloco
  • Managing social engagement on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube and Review platforms
  • Creating and running community events, sessions, workshops and collaborations
  • Monitoring and tracking user feedback, online discussions, and sentiment

What You'll Be Doing

  • Becoming the face and voice of the Noloco community—engaging with new & existing users.
  • Creating and maintaining a consistent cadence of educational content (guides, videos, and social posts).
  • Managing and growing our community, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube presence.
  • Hosting and participating in webinars, podcasts, workshops and online events to engage with users.
  • Partnering with other communities to expand Noloco’s reach.
  • Tracking engagement and reporting on community sentiment & feedback
  • Developing creative ways to increase engagement across all community channels.

What Exactly You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

  • Writing engaging educational posts to accompany video content.
  • Replying to users and starting discussions in the community, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Recording short-form video tutorials and engaging explainer content (editing can be outsourced if necessary).
  • Hosting or participating in online events (webinars, podcasts, workshops or community collaborations).
  • Monitoring conversations & feedback from online reviews and social mentions.
  • Testing new content formats to see what best engages our audience.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, education, content creation, or a related role in a B2B Saas company.
  • Confident on camera—comfortable recording video content or speaking in webinars.
  • Strong writing skills—able to write clear, engaging social posts & educational content.
  • Experience managing social media engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Enjoy solving problems—understand the specific needs of our unique customers, answer questions, and solve problems on the fly.
  • Experience in tech communities (no-code, SaaS, or developer communities preferred).
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for no-code tools (and willingness to learn).
  • Comfortable tracking engagement & feedback using Google Analytics & HubSpot.

What Does Success Look Like?

  • 3 Months: You’ve established a regular content cadence and started engaging more users in the community & on social media.
  • 6 Months: You’ve become the face of Noloco’s community, actively replying to users and recognized as our voice on our socials.
  • 12 Months: Noloco has a highly engaged community, short-form videos are a regular part of our content strategy, and more users are actively interacting beyond feature requests.

Opportunities for Growth & Progression

As Noloco grows, this role could evolve into a Head of Community or Education position, with opportunities to expand your team and lead a broader community engagement & content strategy.

Where Will You Work?

Noloco is a remote-first company, although the current team is primarily based in Dublin 🇮🇪 & Barcelona 🇪🇸. We put a lot of effort into making our remote culture work and meet up in person from time to time to help everyone get to know each other.
