Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to enhance security for your Noloco apps!

With 2FA, you add an extra layer of security to keep your data safe.

With 2FA, you app users will need both their password, and something else, a one-time password (OTP) from an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy before they can log in to your app.

This additional step ensures that only verified users can access your organization’s data, even if passwords are compromised.

How to Set Up 2FA in Noloco

1. Enable 2FA in Settings: Go to the “Login & Signup” section in your app’s settings and turn on 2FA.
2. Provide Users with Instructions: Share with your users how to set up an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
3. When Logging In: You’ll be prompted to setup your Two-factor authentication, by scanning a QR code in your authenticator app.

Once enabled, users will receive OTPs through their chosen authenticator app, adding an extra safeguard for your data.
