Phoenix Co is a lead generating result-driven company founded by Andreas and Christopher in 2020 with a strong emphasis on establishing long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.

Their primary focus is an online brokerage connecting consumers with electricians in Sweden. Phoenix Co operates several different websites that all rank high on Google searches. With their high-ranking websites, they generate leads daily for electricians.

Phoenix Co turned to use Noloco to build a sophisticated CRM to track leads provided to the electricians. The app is used both internally and by their customers as well.

Before Noloco, Phoenix Co lacked visibility into how well leads were converting. They were relying on their customers to manually update them on a case-by-case basis which simply didn't work. Since they couldn't provide the electricians direct access to their Salesforce CRM, they tried using Google Sheets instead, but it didn't work well for their use case.

Andreas decided that Phoenix Co needed a customer portal that would allow both his team and his customers to track the progress of each lead. To monitor the progress of each lead, they strongly desired to build a customer portal. After experimenting with a wide range of software, they concluded that Noloco was the most powerful platform that best fits their use case.

The Solution
Phoenix Co started using Noloco to accurately link data and to enable the electricians to log in and examine the details of the incoming new leads. Andreas smoothly integrated his Salesforce CRM with Noloco via Zapier to keep the two systems in sync whenever a lead gets updated.

Often in the past, the electricians did not pursue individual consumers as clients due to communication difficulties involved in dealing with individuals. However, with Noloco, Phoenix Co has managed to automate a lot of the communication so that the electricians can focus on the task at hand.
