The Challenge
GAP was experiencing reduced cash flow due to delays in the process of producing deliverables for a client. Once defined, deliverables had to be reviewed and approved by the client, followed by invoicing, and finally, seeking approval from the client for the next round of deliverables.

This process resulted in the need for frequent face-to-face meetings with clients that required lengthy coordination, which would often result in revisions and further delays in the process.

As a result, they needed a method to deliver solutions asynchronously while, in parallel, billing the client automatically on a predefined periodic basis. This approach would allow them to work continuously while also billing consistently.
