Additionally, Singular experienced huge developer time saving benefits. Juan himself built a process on Noloco to help developers keep track of their billables, pay and bonuses in ~13 hours that would have otherwise taken the team an estimated 200-600 hours of developer hours with code.
Finally their value rating average has risen from a global rating of 4.75 to 4.95 by creating a procedure to capture timely pre-approval and post-delivery feedback from clients within Noloco. This has incentivised their developers to consistently provide high quality work on-time.
