Apply for this role

From internal tools to company-wide workflows, Noloco turns your data into a custom app your team will love to use. We empower businesses to create custom apps from their data, such as internal tools, client portals, and CRMs. We are changing the way small and medium-sized businesses grow and work together.

Backed by Y Combinator and top-class investors, Noloco is a fast-moving, remote-first company with a team spread across Ireland, Spain, and North America.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower businesses to build truly custom solutions for their teams. As a key member of our Marketing Team, your role will be to own our brand storytelling across visual, video, and written formats, driving engagement, awareness and conversions across multiple channels. You’ll be the creative engine that brings Noloco’s voice and brand to life through compelling content and campaigns.

About Us

We pride ourselves on a culture of autonomy, speed, and innovation. At Noloco, you’ll be joining a remote-first environment where every team member is trusted to take ownership of their work and contribute to our collective success.

We’re now growing our marketing team by adding a dedicated content & brand marketer to help elevate our digital presence, grow our organic traffic, and bring Noloco’s voice to life across channels—from blog to social to email and more.

Your Mission

Your mission is to grow Noloco’s brand authority, drive organic traffic, and engage our audience through high-quality, strategically planned content. As our first dedicated content hire, you’ll take ownership of Noloco’s content calendar—creating, publishing, and optimizing content that reflects our brand personality, supports marketing goals, and connects with our audience.

You’ll report to the Head of Growth and work closely with stakeholders across partnerships, product, and customer success to ensure that content supports key marketing goals and resonates with our audience’s needs.

Success means building a consistent content engine that increases traffic, boosts engagement, and improves sign-up conversion through content that strengthens our brand and delivers real business impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning Noloco’s social media content calendar, creating fresh, engaging posts across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other channels
  • Producing video-first content—from scripting to recording, editing, and publishing (e.g., customer stories, feature highlights, social clips)
  • Creating supporting visual content (graphics, banners, infographics, landing page layouts) using tools like Figma and Canva.
  • Writing and publishing case studies, blog posts, and more—sometimes directly, and sometimes collaborating with external partners.
  • Managing and updating our Webflow site, publishing and refreshing content as needed
  • Drafting and sending email campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot
  • Supporting and promoting webinars and live events, coordinating materials, invites, and follow-up content
  • Exploring and testing new content formats (like video, whitepapers, or interactive guides) to keep our content fresh, engaging, and aligned with audience needs
  • Monitoring performance across content channels and iterating based on engagement, traffic, and conversion data

What Exactly You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

  • Plan, create, and publish social media content that reflects our brand personality and drives engagement daily
  • Write or review, and publish SEO content in Webflow weekly.
  • Create visuals to support all marketing activities—including paid ads, website assets, blog graphics, and social posts—either directly or by collaborating with design.
  • Build and improve landing pages in Webflow and Unbounce (copywriting, layout, visuals, templates) to support growth and conversion goals.
  • Draft and schedule newsletters and lifecycle email campaigns using HubSpot and LinkedIn on a monthly basis.
  • Join customer calls and help turn insights into compelling case studies and content monthly.
  • Propose and test new ideas—whether new content formats, organic channels (e.g. Reddit, communities), or conversion tactics—to keep Noloco’s marketing fresh and impactful.
  • Meet regularly with the Head of Growth and the marketing team to review performance, align on priorities, and collaboratively shape the content strategy—identifying new opportunities and planning high-impact initiatives together.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong video and visual content skills: you know how to plan, record, and edit engaging video for social and web
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content
  • Experienced with content management systems like Webflow or WordPress
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, Veed
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Bonus: Experience managing external contributors and/or experience in using SEO tools to guide content creation.

What Does Success Look Like?

3 Months: You’ve taken ownership of our social calendar and are actively supporting the blog content calendar, consistently publishing high-quality posts that engage our audience.
6 Months: You’re managing both the social and content/SEO calendars, consistently publishing high-quality posts and visuals. You’re driving increased organic traffic, keeping Noloco’s website and brand style aligned with the latest trends.
12 Months: You’re leading our entire content strategy, shaping our brand voice, and contributing to Noloco’s overall growth goals. Your work positions Noloco as a recognized thought leader in our space, strengthening our reputation and authority

Opportunities for Growth & Progression

As Noloco grows, so will the marketing team. This role could evolve into a Senior Content Marketing or Product Marketing position, depending on your interests—whether in managing a team, exploring new content formats, or promoting the product directly.

Where Will You Work?

You'll be based in Barcelona, where we work from our office twice a week (or more if you want). However, Noloco is a remote-first company, the current team is primarily based in Dublin 🇮🇪 & Barcelona 🇪🇸 so most work will happen over Slack, Zoom and in your case, Figma. We put a lot of effort into making our remote culture work well and meet up in person as a whole team at least once a year to ensure everyone knows everyone.

What Are the Benefits?

  • High-impact role—you’ll shape and define Noloco’s marketing efforts.
  • Autonomy & ownership—freedom to experiment and drive your own initiatives.
  • Work closely with leadership—direct access to the CEO, Head of Growth and the product team.
  • Fast-paced, early-stage startup—your work will directly influence Noloco’s success.
  • Competitive base salary
  • Stock options—our success is your success
  • 25 days annual leave (+ any local public holidays
