We believe in simple, fair pricing that's tied to the value you get from Noloco. That's why we will only ever charge you for active app seats.

An active seat is any app user that has at least one session in your app. You can deactivate a user to prevent them logging in, and then you will no longer be charged for them.

This means if you import your users from Airtable (etc.) you will only be charged for those that you invite to login, after they log in the first time.

All users are counted the same way regardless of whether they are an app builder or a regular app user.

On the PRO plan an active user is $15 per month (annually).
On the BUSINESS plan an active user is $28 per month (annually).

When you sign up we automatically start a 30 Day trial of the Business plan.

During this time you get full access to almost all of our features that are exclusive to business plan, such as

- Advanced Layouts
- Advanced Permissions
- Unlimited Roles
- Custom Domains
- Automatic Syncing

At the end of the 30 days, you will need to subscribe to one of our paid plans to continue using your apps.

This is an additional charge that will automatically be applied if you go over your plan limits during your billing cycle. Currently, overages will only be applied to workflow runs and file storage.

We will calculate any overages used throughout your monthly billing cycle and will charge you in arrears alongside your next subscription invoice. In other words, you will only pay overages at the end of your billing cycle because we need to calculate your usage over the course of the month.

Yes! You can connect a custom domain on Business & Enterprise plans. For example, if you want your app to be accessible on app.yourdomain.com - that's possible.

SMTP (the ability to whitelabel automated emails triggered via your app) is available on Enterprise plans.

If you're building apps for your clients, please get in touch with us about an Expert plan. This will enable you to build apps for free with Noloco during the development stage. Then, when you're ready to start testing the app with your client, we'll help you transfer the app to your client's account and they will kick off their own subscription.

Through our referral programme, we can offer you a referral bonus for every client you invite to Noloco.

For clarity, each client must have their own unique subscription with Noloco - we do not allow for reselling through one paid account. If you do want to handle subscriptions for your clients, please get in touch so we can arrange this.
