Why Pravar Group swapped Excel for a custom, no-code app their coaches can trust

Pravar Group, a remote-first business coaching company founded in 2015, helps trades, construction, and manufacturing businesses (typically generating over $1M in revenue) achieve clarity, freedom, and stronger family connections. Their hybrid 1:1 and community-based coaching model relies on structure, shared frameworks, and accountability - but the systems supporting that delivery hadn’t kept up with the pace of growth.

Much of their client data management relied on Excel spreadsheets, which was workable at first, but soon became difficult to maintain as programs were added and the business scaled. Collaboration was limited, version control was fragile and the annual process of resetting files became increasingly tedious and time-consuming.

Off-the-shelf coaching platforms didn’t cover their needs beyond basic call scheduling and note-taking, but custom development was out of reach financially. The team needed something that combined structure with flexibility - a way to keep data accurate, consistent and easy to share.

Documents once buried in Dropbox have been turned into interactive interfaces. And coaching frameworks are maintained live by coaches, giving clients better visibility without the burden of extra admin.

Pravar plans to use Kura to collect data directly from clients, removing translation steps and creating even more engagement. And more engaged clients, in turn, means stronger coaching outcomes.
