The Solution: a portal that gives every rep the right info and guides every deal to the next step
Today, about 100 field sales reps use Noloco every day.
Each person only has access to the information they need: sales reps only see their own customers, team leaders only see their own teams, and regional managers only see their regions and the performance of individual sales reps. That means everyone can work in the same system without worrying about seeing the wrong information.
Behind the scenes, a small team works across Airtable and Noloco: Airtable remains the source of truth, while Noloco connects data from different Airtable bases into the portal the team uses every day. For the field sales team, Noloco is where the work happens.
"It's our sales portal. If you're out in the field and need something, you use Noloco." Tommaso Piatti

As Enpal grows, the sales process keeps evolving. Every time it does, the operations team can add questions to a task, change a step in the customer journey, update the calendar, or make any other changes, and push them to every sales rep immediately.
That speed matters because the portal also has to keep up with the business behind it. Over the past two years, Enpal has scaled its number of records, customer journeys and users in Noloco without seeing performance degrade.
For Christoph, that reliability is a big part of the value: “I can sleep quiet and relaxed because I know Noloco is reliably handling our environment.”
Just as importantly, as Tommaso puts it, “sometimes we want to limit what they can do”. Not to slow sales reps down, but to make sure every deal follows the right process and nothing gets missed. “You need to give us the bank data first, and only after that you can send out a contract. And only after that you can book an installation appointment.”
The system takes care of what happens next. The same idea applies once a seller finishes a task: they can choose whether the customer moves forward or the deal is lost, and that action can trigger the next steps automatically—updating other systems, sending an email or moving the customer to the next stage.
