A client health score is a calculated metric that combines multiple data points about a client relationship into a single score or rating — typically presented as a number, percentage, or traffic-light status (green/amber/red). It is designed to surface declining relationships early, enabling proactive intervention before a client churns.

Unlike a static satisfaction survey, a client health score is typically calculated automatically from live operational data and updated on an ongoing basis.

  • Growth signals: Whether the account is expanding or contracting.
